Umeboshi is a pickled Japanese apricot and tastes sour and salty. Japanese have been eating this for generations. It's been known as super food that improve fartique and promote appetite.
One researcher found a new hidden benefit of Umeboshi (Picture1).

By broiling or toasting umeboshi, ctric acid combines with sugar to form a compound.

This compound has an great effect for smooth blood circulation that could reduce and prevent hardening of arteries, heart attack, stroke, stiff shoulders, sensitivity to cold and so forth.

How to prepare toasted umeboshi? It is very easy and quick.

Place a umeboshi on aluminum foil and toast it for 10 minutes.

 





For optimum effect, it is important to continue to eat one to two umeboshi(s) everyday.
