In shiatsu to comfort your pains part1, we are going to tackle high blood pressure, diabetes and liver disease.



Liver Disease
--- Improve the circulation of the blood in liver and enchance liver functions.

[HOW TO FIND A PRESSURE POINT]
--- Bend the knee, you'll notice a concavity arounf the end of lines which are extended form the back of the knee. When you press it, you feel little pain.

[How TO PRESS]
--- Press the point gently with a thum for 5 secondsexhaling and release for 3 seconds inhaling. Repeat this 5 to 6 times.  

High Blood Pressure
--- Regulate autonomic nerves and stabilize blood pressure.
Autonomic nerve controls blood vessels and viscera. By pressing this point, autonomic nerve will be balanced improving the circulation of the blood and the urinary flow which stabilizes blood pressure.

[HOW TO FIND A PRESSURE POINT]
--- It is located at where is three (index, middle, third) fingers wide from the inner ankle toward the knee and three finger wide from there to the side of the Achilles' tendon.

[HOW TO PRESS]
--- Place your thumb, slowly press the point 5 seconds and release. Repeat this 10 times.

Diabetes
--- Ease one of the early symptoms; thirst. By pressing the pressure point, visceral functions will be boosted, and hematogenous function and metabolism will improved calming dryness of moutn.

[HOW TO FIND A PRESSURE POINT]
--- When you bend your knee, you'll find a protuberance of bone around the end of wrinkles which are extended from the back of the knee (POINT A). Imgine a single line connecting POINT A and a peak of an inner ankle. The pressure point is loctated at a 1/3 of the line from POINT A whichis at the edge of the shinbone.

[HOW TO PRESS]
--- Use three (index, second, third) fingers. Press the point for 5 seconds and release. Repeat 10 times. Press it strongly to the extent of pleasant pain.
