In shiatsu to comfort your pains part 2, we are going to tackle Heart Disease, Knee Pain, and Lower Back Pain.




 
Heart Disease
--- The pressure point is called “heart of feet”. By pressing it, the circulation of the blood from head to toes will be improved which helps weaken heart functions.

[HOW TO FIND A PRESSURE POINT]
--- The pressure point is located on the center of the sole of foot.

[How TO PRESS]
--- Press it with your both thumbs for 3 seconds and release it for 3 seconds. Repeat this 10 times. It is more effective to press it strongly. You can also strike the pressure point with a fist.



Lower Back Pain 
--- Relax the stiffness of muscles of lower back

[HOW TO FIND A PRESSURE POINT]
--- The pressure point is the center of the back of the knee.

[HOW TO PRESS]
--- Bend your knee lightly. Press the point with your both thumbs and release at the pace of breathing. Repeat 5 to 6 times. * Press the point lightly because in the back of the knee, skin id very thin and you could damage blood vessels and nerves.



Knee Pain
--- Knee pain is often caused by a bad circulation of blood. By improving the circulation of bo0lood ease knee pain. The pressure point is also effective for getting rid of stress, fatigue and swelling of legs.

[HOW TO FIND A PRESSURE POINT]
--- The pressure point is located at just below the calf. In other words, slide your index finger straight up from the Achilles’ tendon; you’ll notice the muscles become soft at the calf. The point is on between hard muscles and soft muscles.

[HOW TO PRESS]
--- Press the point with your index finger 5 to 6 times. Press it when exhaling and release when inhaling. You might use your both thumbs to press the point.
