In shiatsu to comfort your pains part 3, we are going to tackle Sciatica, Gray/White hair and Menopausal Disorder / Menstrual Pain.
Sciatica--- Sciatica is pain affecting the back, hip and outer sides of the legs, caused by compression of a spinal root in the lower back. [HOW TO FIND A PRESSURE POINT]
--- Slide you index finger from the top of the outer ankles toward the Achilles’ tendon. Your finger should stop at the edge of the Achilles’ tendon. That is where the point is at. [How TO PRESS]
--- Press the point with your index finger exhaling for 5 seconds and release inhaling for 5 seconds. Repeat this 5 times. You can also pinch the Achilles’ tendons with your index finger and thumb. Gray/White Hair --- Rejuvenate the cells at the root of hair preventing and interrupting production of gray hair. This pressure point is also effective for rejuvenating of whole body. --- The point is located at the intersection of the bulge areas under a big toe and other toes. [HOW TO PRESS]
--- Press it strongly with your thumb for 5 seconds and release for 5 seconds. Repeat this for 1 to 3 minutes. Menopausal Disorder / Menstrual Pain--- Regulate female sex hormones and improve hormone imbalance. This pressure point is special virtue for female disorders. [HOW TO FIND A PRESSURE POINT]
--- When you bend your big toe, two lines appear – the one is very close to the base of a big toe and the other is just above the line (on the first joint on a big toe) –. The point is on the edge of the second line. [HOW TO PRESS]
--- Press it strongly 10 times for 3 seconds and then rub the area of the point 10 times
