In shiatsu to comfort your pains part 4, we are going to tackle Nasal Congestion, Periodontitis and Sleep Disorder.
Nasal Congestion When a mucus membrane in the nose inflamed, capillary vessels become congested and swell up which caused to narrow the air passage resulting in running nose and nasal congestion.
[How To Find A Pressure Point] Put you finger in a depression between the Achilles’’ tendon and the outer ankle. Form there; slide your finger along the shinbone toward the knee. Your finger should stop at the point where muscles of the calf become thicker.  [How To Press] Grab the calf and push the pressure point with your thumb. Press it for seconds when exhaling and release it for 5 seconds when inhaling. Repeat this 5 times. Sleep Disorder Calm excitement of the brain and improve the blood circulation of the lower body. [How To Find A Pressure Point] The pressure point is on the center of a bulge of the heel.  [How To Press] Press the point slowly with your thumb about 30 times. Stimulate it strongly until you feel pleasant pain. It’s is also effective to hit the point with a fist. * Doing shiatsu in the condition that you can go to bed just after finish. Periodontitis Improve the blood circulation of the gums and promote resistance against periodontitis-causing bacteria. [How To Find A Pressure Point] The back of the heel. It’s on a borderline where skin color changes between the heel and the back of the foot.  [How To Press] With your index finger, press the point strong enough to the extent of pleasant pain 10 times.
