In shiatsu to comfort your pains part 5, we are going to tackle Stomach Ache, Stomatitis and Prostate Problem.



 

Stomach Ache

[How To Find A Pressure Point]
Stretch the knee by bending. You will see a depression around the upper end of the kneecap [A]. The pressure point is three fingers (the index finger to the third finger) in width from the point [A].

[How To Press]
With your index finger, press the point for 5 seconds and release it for 5 seconds at the pace of your breathing rhythm. Repeat this for 10 times.



Stomatitis
Stomatitis is often caused by stress and a lack of vitamins. Alleviate inflammation of mucous membrane in the mouth by stimulating the pressure point which promotes the blood circulation of the whole body and functions of organs.



[How To Find A Pressure Point]
When you slide your index finger from the inner ankle toward a toe, you are able to feel a small bump of bone [A]. Follow the edge of the point [A]. The pressure pint is at a depression between the back of the foot and the point [A].

With your thumb, press strongly until you feel pleasant pain for 5 seconds and release it for 5 seconds. Repeat this for 5 times.




Prostate Problem
An enlarging prostate is big problem for older men. Improve the blood circulation of a prostate and the surrounding; promote urinary symptoms accompanied with an enlarging prostate.



[How To Find A Pressure Point]
The pressure point is four fingers (the index finger to the little finger) in width from a projection of the inner ankle toward the knee. It is the rear of the shinbone.

With your thumb, press and rub the point strongly until you feel comfortable pain for 3 to 5 minutes.
