I liked Survivor and The Apprentice. Moreso the apprentice, though. I also liked that one with Richard Branson. I can't remember the name of it, though.

Wrestling is okay. The WWE really has gotten boring lately, though. I prefer TNA: iMPACT! to anything WWE nowadays.

I watch hockey and wrestling. I'll watch golf occasionally, but only if my favourite golfer is in the tournament.

My favourite shows are 24, House, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Malcolm in the Middle, and King of the Hill. I'm really into sitcoms, as you can see.

It really depends. I'd say 2,000 for the average person, 3,000 for someone that works as a courier [or a job that requires lots of daily exercise], and 4,000 calories a day for an athlete.

I would say low fat is preferrable to low carb, just be careful in what you are eating, and don't load up on those "empty calories" food.
Exactly. Loading up on empty calories isn't going to help you ...

I walk, ride my bike, and go to the gym. I walk and ride my bike on a dily basis, while I go to the gym 4-5 times a week to stay in shape.

I always take the staircase, unless, of course, there are only a minute or two left before a class. I'm very punctual.

Smacking in between meals is not good for you, which is why I don't do that. I can wait for a meal.

I skip breakfast the most. Sometimes I'll skip lunch, but I always make sure to eat a good dinner.

I never get hungry at that time. Maybe you could try having a nice piece of fruit and a glass of water before you go to sleep.

Soda, pizza, grilled chicken, junk food such as Bits&Bites etc. I try to stay away from things like that.

I think as long as you make up your missing sleep, it won't do you any harm.
That is what I should do. I'm so far behind in my sleep, though. I don't really like sleeping as it is, anyways.
