In this fast paced world, where people are burning themselves hard, health and fitness are very important. A proper diet and a proper exercise regimen will lead to a healthy body. Consult a doctor in case of overweight problem for body fitness. However, the doctor’s instructions must be strictly followed to remain healthy. Proper exercise and diet help you to be stress free. It is important to start the fitness early in life, so that health problems can be minimized in the future. A fit and healthy life will make you disease free, which in turn can boost up the lifespan. A healthy body will lead to a healthy mind.

Yeah, a proper healthy diet plan and a regular exercise plan is very important to be healthy and fit for a longer period of time.
If you miss anyone of these both you can't be healthy and fit for a longer.
